Friendly FlameGrowing up as an Eevee, I heard (from a Squirtle, of all things) that the humans had an odd saying about fire and plants. They would say that- when it was used right- a flame could be the best friend to plants. As an Eevee, I never really believed it- humans had all sorts of ideas that didn’t make sense to Pokemon, and all my experiences taught me that plants hated fires. I never claimed to be an expert on plants, really, but I knew a fair amount about growing them. Dreaming in the nightIn the back of my mind, I can feel the pressure building, but I ignore it and focus on the call instead. The caller has no idea what he’s talking about, and has just resorted to cursing for the last two minutes, but they get even more upset when they think you’re not listening to them.
